We will be upgrading Data Protect Service across all regions beginning May 14th 2025. The rollout will continue across multiple regions over a couple of weeks. We do not anticipate any impact to access your data, backups, management console, cluster management or other services. This rollout impacts only to customers subscribed to Data Protect as a Service. Should you experience any issues, please reach out to Cohesity support.
On May 14th 2025 we will target the APAC and Bahrain region. On this date we will update both the backend infrastructure as well as the SAAS Connectors. There should be no disruption to your backup as we upgrade to the latest versions.
Once we complete the rollout to APAC & Bahrain regions we will publish the upgrade dates for other regions.
