Investigating - We are currently experiencing an impact to our backend infrastructure in AWS ME-Central-1 region due to operational issues with our primary cloud provider (AWS). Our team is actively monitoring the situation and working to minimize any disruption. We will share updates here as soon as we have more information on resolution and restored availability

The changes are rolled out to all services listed in the Cohesity status page. Customers should be able to login to manage their data and all operations including backups, cluster management, DR should function as usual. During this maintenance window, we anticipate up to 3 hours of limited availability.The management console and cluster management services will be unavailable; however, scheduled backup jobs will continue to run as expected. As these are platform-level changes, all services listed on the status page will be impacted. Reports scheduled during this time may be delayed and will be delivered after maintenance is complete.
