Scheduled - We are upgrading the backend infrastructure for our Cohesity Cloud Services (CCS) platform. This activity is expected to take approximately forty‑eight hours. We do not anticipate any downtime, and access to your data, backups, management console, cluster management, and other services is expected to remain unaffected. During this maintenance window, new region onboarding may fail in the us-east-1 and us-east-2 regions. If you encounter any issues, please contact Cohesity Support.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing an impact to our backend infrastructure in AWS ME-Central-1 region due to operational issues with our primary cloud provider (AWS).
