We will be performing a scheduled upgrade on Cohesity Cloud Data Security Services. There will be no impact to customers during the maintenance window. The changes are rolled out to all services listed in the Cohesity status page. Customers should be able to login to manage their data and all operations including backups, cluster management, DR should function as usual. We have identified the root cause of the current outage and our team is actively working toward a resolution.
This issue affects only CCS customers on Helios Gov. Customers managing on-premises clusters through Helios Gov are not impacted and can continue operating normally.
