We will be upgrading the Data Protect Service in APAC region starting August 17, 2026 and APAC, CA regions starting on August 19, 2026. This upgrade involves the SAAS Connectors.
We don't anticipate any impact on accessing your data, backups, management console, cluster management, or other services. This rollout impacts only customers subscribed to Data Protect as a Service. Should you experience any issues, please reach out to Cohesity support.
