Update

We have started the rollout and it is taking longer than expected. We are expecting to complete the rollout across all our regions before the end of this month.

We will be upgrading Data Protect Service across all regions beginning Jan 8th 2024. The rollout will continue across multiple regions over a couple of weeks. We will provide more details as we rollout the upgrades to specific regions. We do not anticipate any impact to access your data, backups, management console, cluster management or other services. This rollout impacts only to customers subscribed to Data Protect as a Service. Should you experience any issues, please reach out to Cohesity support.
